Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Purchase

• This product is sold as a travel voucher, not a confirmed booking
• A 10% deposit is required to secure the voucher
• The remaining balance is payable upon confirmation of travel dates

2. Voucher Validity

• Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Travel dates must be scheduled within the validity period
• Expired vouchers may not be accepted
• Extension requests may be granted at management discretion

3. Booking & Travel Dates

• Travel dates must be booked at least 3 months in advance
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation will be provided once booking is secured

4. Payment Terms

• 10% deposit required to secure voucher
• Remaining 90% balance must be paid at least 7 days before travel date
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of booking
• Management reserves the right to release booking if payment is not completed on time

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Travel Dates Are Confirmed

• 10% deposit is refundable

After Travel Dates Are Confirmed

• More than 30 days before travel: 10% deposit refundable
• Less than 30 days before travel: 10% deposit non-refundable
• 7 days before travel: No refund
• No refund for no-show

6. Changes & Rescheduling

• One-time rescheduling allowed (subject to availability)
• Must be requested at least 30 days before travel date
• Additional charges may apply

7. Peak Season & Public Holiday

• Rates exclude peak seasons and public holidays
• Peak season surcharge may apply, including but not limited to:
  • School holidays
  • Public holidays
  • Festive seasons
  • High demand periods

8. Child Policy

• Child aged 0–3 years old: Free of charge (no extra bed)
• Child aged 4–6 years old: 25% charge per child
• Child aged 7–12 years old: 50% charge per child
• Child aged 13 years and above: Considered adult rate
• Maximum 2 children allowed per room
• Extra bedding subject to availability and additional charges may apply

9. Package Inclusions

• Accommodation based on selected package
• Self-guided itinerary
• Local recommendations
• WhatsApp support

10. Exclusions

• Flights
• Travel insurance
• Meals (unless stated)
• Personal expenses
• Transportation (unless stated)

11. Upgrade & Add-ons

• Free upgrades subject to availability
• Extra nights available at additional cost
• Optional add-ons available

12. Property Rules

• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or events allowed
• Maximum occupancy must be followed
• Guests responsible for damages

13. Liability Disclaimer

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings
• We are not liable for loss, injury, delays, or unforeseen circumstances

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to:

• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Travel disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Pandemics

15. General Terms

• Management reserves the right to modify terms & conditions without prior notice
• All bookings are subject to final confirmation
