Payment Terms

• 10% deposit required to secure your voucher
• Voucher valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Travel dates must be booked at least 3 months in advance
• Remaining 90% payable 7 days before travel date
• Booking subject to availability
• Peak season and public holiday surcharge may apply

Cancellation Terms

• Before travel dates are confirmed: 10% deposit refundable
• More than 30 days before travel: 10% deposit refundable
• Less than 30 days before travel: 10% deposit non-refundable
• 7 days before travel: No refund
• No refund for no-show

Mode of Payment

• Online Bank Transfer
• E-wallet (where applicable)

• Voucher not redeemable for cash
